All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions. With your usage of any FreedomFone Service you guarantee that this interaction is legal in your country.
Be aware that the majority of the data available on the Internet provided by FreedomFone to its customers is for general audiences, although there are certain areas on the Internet that contain adult or mature content and different areas where content is specifically created for children under 13 years of age. Where there is mature or adult content, individuals who are less than 18 years of age or are not permitted to access such content under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction may not access such content. There are also other (mainly commerce-related) areas of the Internet not open to persons under 18 years of age. With respect to general audience content, if FreedomFone learns that anyone under the age of 13 has accessed the Products and Services, FreedomFone will require verified parental consent, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"). FreedomFone does not control the user or third party Content accessed via the Products and Services, and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such user or third party Content. FreedomFone has no partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchisor-franchisee relationship with any Merchant accessible through the FreedomFone Products and Services. FreedomFone cannot confirm that any particular Merchant is who that Merchant claims to be. FreedomFone will not get involved in any dispute between users of the Service and Merchants accessible through FreedomFone Products and Services.
Online-/Tele-Gambling
Of any winnings in Online Casinos or other TeleGambling Services accessed through the FreedomFone Products and Services, FreedomFone keeps a cut of 9%.
Pricing
The trial Products and Services FreedomFone provides to customer's outside of Germany are free of charged. FreedomFone is not obliged to keep these Products and Services free of charge.
FreedomFone gives its best to provide but does not guarantee accurate and uncensored access to information on the Internet through FreedomFone Products and Services. Also FreedomFone cannot garuantee that phone calls or email transmission aren't wiretapped, filtered or blocked by institutions, without limitation, like government, intelligence, churches, parents, teachers or computer hackers.
Privacy
FreedomFone is a member of the TRUSTe Network and therefore as reliable as for example Real Networks.
Changing of Terms and Conditions
FreedomFone reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions. At any time.
